Report a translation problem
1) fullscreen = window borderless and not authentic fullscreen exclusive (will cause more "hitches" when scrolling)
2) nice looking water has no splashes fx too?
3) a very few micro-stutter at savepoints and maybe loading assets in new areas. The game runs so smoothly 98% of the time, but those minor hitches can still be noticed here and there. Would be great a totally smooth experience improving save/load threading (I have a NVMe 3GB/s so it can't be a slow disk-drive issue).

I think this is unacceptable, especially since I like to play such "small" games during the hot days to not pump even more warmth into my room.
I hope you may tweak this.
