Is there an item that increases oxygen levels?

I really don't see how else I can beat this hidden challenge:

Even with quantum leap, speed boosts, grappling hook upgrades, oxygen just runs out too fast for me to finish the map.
And it's only the first one, I don't even want to imagine how difficult the next one is.

It doesn't help that there are a bunch of stupid mines to destroy right at the begining that you have to go through every single run.
It adds nothing to the challenge of the map. It's just a pure waste of time, making the whole thing incredibly frustrating to retry...

Yes. I believe you can get it in one of the earliest areas of the game. You have to go through a water pool that has an oxygen tank as a reward. It gives you 5 extra seconds of oxygen. I forgot where you can get it exactly though.
