Think all but a few, to my understand that CU [the developer] started off with the Itchio version, and then only started working on the steam build as of... two months ago? and with that most all skins are in the Itchio version, though one or a few are steam only [due to being put in super late], as for who they are, I do not know off the top of my head.

and if you read the other comments around the dissussions, you'll see why they are like this. IE, Copywrite, and people's wish to be private. among other things.

ah okay, I just hope since I bought this version I can get the itchio version without needing to pay another 5 bucks, cuz my favorite skins are missing

I'm not sure then. Seeing as the Itchio build has now become paid as well, I wanna say it too might have skins missing from when it was in beta [see reasons before].

But I can't say with 100% certanty because of it all, this would be a better question for CU to answer.

The Itch and Steam rosters are the same, but all the copyrighted characters are in the mod pack, which will probably be added to the workshop at the owner's discretion

okay, so, is it possible to take all the characters from the previous version, put them all into a modpack, and bring them to the steam version? I'm thinking of doing that to be honest that's why I'm asking all this.

It's possible, yes, but if CU was to upload it, it would seem rather rude and "Rule Bending" to then go around and upload them though the workshop.

Now, that doesn't mean the character Owner can't upload the work themselves to the workshop, there's no problem in that, but creature can't do it.

I dont mean through the workshop, I mean as a little file you slap into the mods like Axton (the Scolipede) did on Furaffinity with HIS guy
