Not sure what your actual question is... You can design your own tanks in Behind Glass or load tanks from other players in the Steam Workshop.
If you want to stretch your view to two monitors (i.e., have different parts of a tank on both monitors), this is not something we support internally. You would need to use some third-party software or your graphics card software for this.
