No surrounding option when play simulation?

Hi guys, I'm new to this game, I have a question, why there is no surrounding option when I play simulation mode, but there is a plenty of them when i play the designer mode?

The surrounding options in designer mode and simulation mode are identical.

I do know that some tanks don't have available surroundings. Double check that you are comparing the same sized tanks. The largest tank dimensions for instance don't offer a surrounding from what I have found.
