I'm using a 4k monitor. When I upscale the fonts, a lot of them have little artifacts at the bottom of the row that look a bit like an irregularly dotted line. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

I have the same problem and i am using 2560x1440 monitor, GPU: RX 7900xt CPU: Ryzen 3700x

I changed the game to "borderless" and "fullscreen" and the issue mostly went away for me. 3440x1440 + 6800xt

Still exists in some menus though... weird.

Someone managed to fix this by turning Sharpen Image on in the AMD panel, so that might be a potential solution, more details on discord here https://discord.com/channels/602055096653709312/843890046998282261/1132736917138591817
