Vampire - how to leave crypt ?

As a vampire i started in a crypt in a cave it seems
but i cant figure out how to leave it ? help would be apperciated

If it's the one I think it is, then you should look for a tile that has stairs in it, stand on it and press 'z' to descent.

I think those stairs are on the right. Walk to them and do what @TotalOhNo said.

I have a qwertz keyboard. Not sure if the game has y and z swapped for me.
