Performance of 50XX series cards
It’s wild that the DLC has been out for over a month and the game is still barely playable on the newest hardware (RTX 50XX cards). I’d love to replay it, but even with an RTX 5070 Ti and Ryzen 9 9800X3D, I get severe frame drops after about an hour of playing, no matter how I tweak the settings.

Have the developers or NVIDIA acknowledged this issue? Is there any word on a fix?

i got the 7800x3d and a 4080 super and all is well so far but im in base game idk about dlc

Yeah, shouldn't have used the word "even". This issue is specific to the 50XX cards. Previously i had 3060ti and played the entire game with no issues whatsoever. Apparently the problem is with cache memory, and after about 30-60 minutes of playing it gets filled and you have to restart the game for it to empty out. So at the start of the session the game runs perfect on max settings.

I really hope this is something that gets dealt with soon. I don't mind having to restart the game every hour or so but its still absolutely annoying when the performance starts to degrade in the middle of a fight
