missing monsters?

i was looking for the exploding puppets that are around rosa isabelle street but they arent in the gallery?
also the scorpion looking monsters are absent. is there any reason for that?

There's two exploding puppets in the first building in Rosa Isabelle street, by the window with the ladder.
Then there's another few after the sewer system.
There are no monsters in chapter 6, if with monsters you mean Carcasses.

in the gallery all enemies are referred to as monsters, i mean the exploding puppets from rosa isabelle street

Yes. He's talking about the extras in the main menu where you can view the in game models of charcters, weapons and enemies.
