(EDITED) Battle Memories locked at Difficulty 1
It keeps telling me "you must clear difficulty 1", even though I already have. I have no mods installed, and already verified integrity of game files.
I also reinstalled.
EDIT: apparently, you are supposed to be able to access difficulties 1-3 right away. I can only access the first one.

You should have difficulties 1, 2, and 3 all unlocked at the start. I did, at least.

I noticed that from some videos online, but I only have 1 unlocked by default.

difficulty 1 was all I had at first for some DLC bosses, but when I cleared it I unlocked 2~5 as you'd expect. odd...
