i think you are referring to his transition, when fighting him he transforms and keeps recovering his health back but becomes more erratic during the fight this is normal to stop you getting free hits while he is defenceless.

i dont think so, this is the first phase in his human form, he just keep spamming his heal and i cant even damage him. i eventually ran out of heals. he was spamming more than 8 heals wtf

Oh i did have a quick look online and other people have been in your situation, do you play with mods?
but you are correct that isn't suppose to happen.

Yes im using bloodborne costume mods. Should i remove it and try again ?

i would say yes, i know a costume doesn't have anything to do with this boss fight but a clean game is better to diagnose then a modded one, let me know how it goes chief.

OMG IT WORKS! THE MODS CAUSED THE BOSSFIGHT TO BUGGED COFIRM! it was a breeze after removing the mods, he only heal once then he turn into that carcass thingy haha! thanx again kind stranger!
