Problem with draw distance.
Recently, a problem with "texture flickering" appeared.
Previously, everything worked fine at maximum settings.
But now, if you set the "draw distance" value to the maximum value, then "flickering" appears as in this video.
If you reduce the "draw distance" value to high, the problem disappears.
Are there any ways to fix this?

The only other things i can think it can relate to is:
V-Sync
Variable Refresh Rate
Driver issues Just for LOP
Or Texture streaming/loading issues if you are using a HDD instead of a SSD
Other then that it is a mystery strange it happens post end game.

It is hard to pinpoint exactly what is wrong with your game, but I am sure we can figure it out. Try these steps:

1. Update graphics card drivers.
2. Use TAA (Anti-aliasing).
3. If using Nvidia Control Panel, make sure you are running at maximum power performance, set to 3D settings, and your LOD bias is set to Clamp
4. Check to see if you are using an overlay, as it may affect it.
5. Check if your upscaling in the settings is causing the problem.

I am aware that some of these are unrelated, but to diagnose the problem, it is ideal to minimize any potential factors.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried a lot of things, but nothing helped.
I tested various graphics settings in more detail and found that the problem occurs in several of them:
Visibility / Shadow Quality / Effect Quality / Ambient Occlusion Quality.
Lowering these settings helps reduce / eliminate this flickering effect.
However, I think I have found the source of the problem.
I found out that the problem only appears when I complete the final game. It doesn't matter if I get the good/neutral or bad ending. As soon as I refuse to start a new game+, the game returns me to the hotel and the problem appears. (I'm currently on my second playthrough / New Game+).
If I replace the save files I get after the finale with the ones I had before the finale, the problem goes away. But as soon as I complete the finale, the problem appears again.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Looks like it. I tried to start a new game++ and got to the hotel. Everything works fine as it should.
Apparently it was just a weird rare bug, but fortunately it doesn't affect other locations in the game and won't interfere with replaying the game or DLC.
Thanks for your help.
