There's this thing called compression. The download size is not necessarily the extracted installed size on disk, sport. 30mb windows 95 came on 3 1.14 MB disks and the compression is why it took over an hour to install.

About the same size or roughly a little bit more given that it's mainly part of an update you get whether you own the dlc or not. You gain access to the dlc once you buy it.
