Could not access DLC

I already have the finished the games and start again to chapter 9 and the dlc is not starting has it should be .What can i do now.

First of all, make sure that the DLC is actually installed and applied.

Make sure:
1. You actually have the DLC installed
2. Your game is updated to the latest version
3. Verify Game Files
4. Remove any mods you are using
