I understand some people just want have fun and not pull their hair out.

This mod removes damage buff provided on lower difficulties while keeping how much damage you recieve. I didn't make it but i can understand intention with increasing difficulty while keeping original formula of not punishing people too much.

It is way to experience and enjoy game little bit better without killing bosses to quick.

and if you have problem with how people enjoy single player game then there is something very wrong with you...
