Sorry to tell you that .I already check the things you send me last time .I don`t used any mod ,I check file integrity ,I all so format my PC and reinstall everything on it. I finished the game to chapter 9 and nothing can`t access the DLC.I brought the Deluxe Version of lies of p .what i have done wrong. Tell me ???

Okay lets start off with the basics - did you receive the Star's Chrysalis and is it in your inventory?
If no then you haven't got the DLC "Overture" you will need to purchase it.
The deluxe edition does not give you the DLC, that is the Overture bundle that comes with the Base game and the DLC together.
