But if you're looking for an open world or labyrinth like levels, this is not like that.
Wuchang is more involved, though it doesn't compare to Dark Souls or Bloodborne conceptually. It's just one of the only non-From Soulslikes that focuses on level navigation as a challenge/skill and feels meaningfully non-linear.
I do wish Lies of P leaned more into the belle epoch stuff. I get that it's been torn apart by puppets, but I wish it had more color and light and was less gray overall. The DLC is a step-up there, for sure.
