For everyone having stuttering / performance problems
Had the same with my 5090 and 9800X3D combo and FO32U2P, i tried things for hours, and i found a solution.

- Download NVIDIA hot fix driver 576.66 (google it and u find the DL link)

- Download the windows 11 cumulative update ( KB5058502 ) (24H2 is KB5058499.)

that fixed it for me!
