Brain in a Vat Story Progression Can Be Locked
I did the WHOLE game over, just for the record you earn from this quest, I went just one chapter ahead, forgetting to go to him before pressing the submarine. I guess triggering the submarine makes his quest lock out.

So upset, this is why I stopped playing the game in the first place till the DLC came out.

Still a better runback than the quests in elden ring.

Lol true, 100+ hours of desolate territory. Still love the game though.

Elden Ring is a 50 hour game stretched out to be a 150. Can't ever have enough tree sentinels or corrupted tree worms to battle.
