You can put the Golden Roses on the phonograph player and they'll still be there. Oddly, they will stay there even in NG+.
You can hang the paintress' picture up, and back in the normal time period you have the option to restore it to pristine condition using Ergo???
I feel like there was another dialogue scrap with an addition but it escapes me at the moment what it was.
* the submarine you use to reach the isle of the alchemists is the SAME one you lower to cross the water in the DLC meaning you created a paradox of sorts.
* the Ergo Machine in the hotel was your creation, or was brought into existence due to you atleast, and thus is the reason the Hotel becomes a safespace since the Ergo machine helps keep puppets out.
* you can plant a golden seed and grow flowers for the record player in the future.
* you are a contributor to the downfall of stalkers, since you technically are the one who kills both the bastards and sweepers leaders (Veronique and Lumacchio) - granted they were probably doomed otherwise since the Alchemist were involved with them.
