No, I have not encountered such things.
If you have to deliver 20 food, those food crates have to go to the truck, not into your building, therefore you need 20 food on the street/in storage aswell. Set your haulers to floor 0 and "only food" and have enough food crates ordered - 20 should be 2 or 3 large deliveries. And even then it is possible that only one hauler is not enough for the quest.
A lagging list of reports is a pc problem for sure - never encountered such a thing and never read about such a bug.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I tried exactly this - i used 4 deliveries, chose 3 hauler and only allowed Food + Floor 0. As it doesnt`work and I wasn`t sure, I tested Floor 0+1 (in Floor 1 is the kitchen) and food crates + warmed food. Sometimes it works, sometimes all of them went into the building and ignored the instructions completely. I moved them manually to Floor 0 and they walked into the building again, despite the instructions - three times :-D

I'm afraid I have very unmotivated and stubborn hauler - or I'm not authoritative enough...

Also I have a "Lucky Guy"(?); the description says "eliminates risk of injury" - eliminate, not reduce... so what, he's been in the hospital for 7 days now.. :-D

Lucky Guy greatly reduces risks, not just from injury, although I've found it to be rather overpowered. My guy with this trait must have done more than 20 missions before he failed one. The trait that guarantees no injury is called First Aid.

So, now we are getting closer: are you sure that you need to deliver 20 FOOD CRATES, and not 20 MEALS? If the latter, you need to deliver prepared meal, so you need your kitchen and then you need so change your haulers from "Food crates" to "meals" of course.

I had all of those quests and if you read them properly and set up your haulers you never fail them so I HIGHLY suspect that you made a mistake.

I hadn’t encountered this task again until now. After spending hours rebuilding, there are nothing but bugs left. I can’t get anything delivered anymore because, for whatever reason, hundreds of plates are suddenly lying in the street. That’s the kind of thing I meant by “the longer I play after all official tasks etc. that contribute to progression are completed, the stranger the situations become.” Of course, I’ve already restarted the PC and the game itself… so all that rebuilding was probably for nothing. That’s really frustrating — actually, I really like the game.

And yes, I was sure it was supposed to be delivered meals… to rule it out completely, I tried all variants as described above — both hot meals and delivered ones. Additionally, I have uploaded a screenshot of the new issue to my profile.

100 of plates are in the ground? That's because you stashed your kitchen while having 100s of meals in it. That's a bug we'll known and subject to get fixed.
