Ethereal Philosopher feels kinda bad

It removes a level from you, and most of the time, it just gives me dragon whelps. It doesn't feel powerful or make you punch the air in delight when you see it spawn in (like the mage tower does to me), combined with only one use per hero, it feels like a massive let down.

Losing a level is mostly a benefit, as you aren't losing any skills, so getting future skills is easier. The only issue with level loss is things that scale off/require levels, but generally more skills is useful.

You Have Peeked has Hero's Hour

i got from my Ethereal Philosopher an ability that absorbed all my artifacts and gave me all the stats of all my artifacts, equipped or not and since i had like 20-30 artifacts i got a ton of movement and a ton of base stats.
