Question about Runesmith

Does anybody know if the runesmith is working correctly? I'm asking because I noticed some strange behavior regarding the upkeep reduction cost. I posted about it here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/1669000/discussions/1/596281215576710276/

Can anyone explain how the cost reduction works and how it interacts with unit upkeep reduction?

It doesn't reduce to zero, which is what your report seems to be questioning.

I have another situation: when I researched Legion of Zeal (Book of Zeal), the upkeep cost didn’t reduce to 1.

Upkeep = 2 mana

Prolific Swarmers = -20%

Runesmiths = -30%

But the unit's upkeep still costs 2 mana.

I would assume its not rounded 30% from a cost of 2.

I dont know why you're bringing up swarmers. Swarmers has nothing to do with enchantment cost.

Swarmers effects unit upkeep cost, which is not enchantment cost.

Oh, so can't I apply unit upkeep reduction to unit enchantments?
