Accidentally skipped Exact Kill

Im almost all the the way through Tier 5 and have noticed I forgot to do exact kill, with all the multipliers its impossible for me to do the lower levels, is there anyway to get this without completely restarting the game?

Is it a big issue that I havent done it or shouldnt it make too much of a difference?

You can weaken yourself by unselecting nodes in prestige if you want to lower your damage and do it the legit way. But it's a huge pain in the ass to do. Especially level 9 and 10. Once was enough for me and did it the easy way for the rest.

Power up your samurai enough and it will 1 shot all the boss for you on the challenge.
