white cubes only challenge

I could not find the white cube only challenge tab and the challenge tab only shows the normal challenge and unlocked tier 2 phase 11 and 3-11 and on to 7-11. I have unlocked tier 4 in the prestige tab and have beaten 2-1 but can not get past 2-2 what should i do?

attack boss tier 1 phase 20 with all of your cubes turned to minimum speed except the last one unlocked to get the largest attack you can (have to do this before the boss is killed, don't let the samurai kill the boss first) and buy the samurai helper upgrade (click the helper, on the right side) then use the samurai to pass through a bunch of tier 2.

The inventory system might also be able to help. I am not quite sure how it works but I think swords will do damage when the bar below the inventory fills. Which I think is based on cube collection rate?
