[1.1] Options not loading UI scale on restart of game

Hi

If I set the UI scale to 50% and look in the settings.txt file I have these values in the first line:
0,1,15,0,40,1,1,0,1,1,0,5

If I change the UI scale to 80% with the "Larger" button and presses "Dismiss" the line in the setting file is:
0,1,15,0,40,1,1,0,1,1,0,8052551

When I then start the game from fresh the UI Scaling is 50% in the game and not loaded in correctly.
