Military checkpoint near radio tower is where I found in one, but not on another server. Vehicles might be random based on each type and spawn location.

I did some testing today just learning the game. Yeah it seems vehicles will spawn in the same locations. But the vehicles will cycle to other vehicles in each spawn point, per new game.

Anyone know if you can find it in an old save?

Since the .911 Pursuits & Perspectives Update, all rare vehicles are guaranteed to spawn at least 1 of every type. They have fixed spawn locations, so you will eventually come across it. All vehicles are randomly generated in their respective spawns, never the same vehicle in the same place every save.
