Is this game still played?

Have not played in years but the game came up to memory and thinking of giving it another go but want to know if people even still play before I redownload. IE is there completely full matchs?

Yeah, it is. But by not as many players as it used to be 5-6 years ago, really far from it.
We have an event today, here you can find time if it start.
