Metro & Hydro Game Update
I spoke with the game developer today. There will be a game update in the near future. My improved version of Metro will be officially released into the game!

Players should expect a huge increase in performance on Metro due to optimizations. Furthermore, many exploitable building locations and spawn glitches have been fixed.

If the new version of Metro has any bugs or glitches left, please report them bellow. Press F12 on your keyboard to take a screenshot using steam. Then post it bellow.

No Screenshot = No Fix.

Psychonic sighted an one-two week delay in releasing this game update, due to additional changes. The new metro_imp3 version released today is available on Redstone immediately!

Could you clarify the term 'bot fixes'? That statement is very vague.

Do you mean bots rubbing up against a structure and jumping up + down?
Or bots spawning on a dirt pile and getting their feet stuck into the ground?

Both of these issues result in bots getting stuck in the same place indefinately. I was able to reproduce one these issues on the latest version of Metro, by selling all of the base spawns.

The grass land is higher than the desert land. The elevation difference causes bots to get stuck. The transport gate is built into the ground, instead of placing it at the z-level of the highest square.

This seems like a relatively simple fix for a game developer. But I would caution about a possible regression. If there's a railing entity, it could be like z + 80 and cause floating transport gates.

If this transport gate was rotated in the opposite direction, it would've glitched the spawn. Perhaps the structure placement for the transport gate entity should be invalidated in specific instances. But this could also regress if there's anther solid prop entity like plywood. There's no easy solution.

There is a high chance the next game update will be this weekend.

The following building exploits on Hydro will be resolved. Thanks to Dark Soul for reporting them.

The render distance on Hydro will also be optimized, for a slight performance improvement. And it will no longer be possible to build sonic/flamer turrets inside the Command Bunkers on Hydro.

I think creating an option to prone is a good idea. You'll have to ask Psychonic about that though. I'm just making some map optimizations becuase the frame-rate issues are bothering me.

Anther game update is shipping tomorrow for Hydro. It includes 30% higher base frame-rates and multiple lighting fixes. The lighting in Empire's base has also been drastically improved.
