Mapping - How can I implement scripts, e.g for capturing resource points?
Hello ND Mappers, I just played [Removed by Chris Wilson's Pawn]´s Plaza KOTH map, wich is very cool because
I am impressed how fine it works and what hes done with scripts and so on...

But I wonder how you do that? I would like to do sth. similar

it's vscripts, i should get around to writing a tut for that before i stop mapping for good

That map is not mine :)

The map uses VSCRIPT scripts, see

you need a logic_script entity in map, see:

Then you write a script, there are a lot of examples on wiki.

But the best way is to decompile the koth_plaza map and see how it is done. I find it the best example to learn scripting for Nuclear Dawn

hey hyungpaek, thanks for the help sorry and for giving wrong credit first...
I will first get used to the ND Hammer tools, and then see what I can do with scripts.
That might take a while tough...:wrench:
