launching the game makes me auto join servers

how do i stop this. i just want to go to the regular game menu like every other source engine game

ok the answer is to add to the launch command line:
-nolobby

But that doesn't save your game from this annoying thing its doing,
Developers, you need to turn off the auto-joining server on game launch. its very annoying and in poor taste.

i launched the game, then it starts downloading files and crap for a while, then i join some server, than within 10 seconds i start downloading again and now im joining another server

fix your ♥♥♥♥

I didn't know you could turn it off, that's nice
some games on steam give you two options when you try to launch the game, so maybe the devs could add this. One button for auto-join "quickplay" and another for the main menu
