skill cooldown rate vs cooldown duration
im curious as to the best way, most efficient way, to get skills to have basically zero cooldown so they can be spammed all the time

geomancer can give minus cooldown duration and minus skill multiplier, able to get up to 100% which means nothing will have a cooldown. however i don't necessarily want to be penalized the skill multiplier, or be forced to use geomancer class

you can get a yellow and red modifier which gives skill cooldown rate at the cost of cast speed, crit multi, or skill damage. however it doesn't seem like this will actually result in zero cooldown. can it? has anyone tested this before?

im not sure how skill cooldown rate is calculated, but lets say i have 8.2 seconds cooldown on my skill. i equip 35% skill cooldown rate and it goes down to 6.2 seconds. to reach 0 second cooldown, it seems like 35% reduction should make it an effective cooldown of 5.3 seconds instead of 6.2. so im not confident this stat can actually produce a zero cooldown skill

You can use the skills activated by ....
I think it's the easiest to do by putting 100% of them not to be used via skill trigger.
