Game crashing
lost my data and items. I'm sad i'm played 8 hrs today with new character and old character has no wearables anymore. I don't have the motivation to continue playing, I have to quit.

so your data itself got corrupted? or had auto save turned off and game crashed after playing for a long time?

If it's the former there is a hidden backup save file in the save game folder.

Error game 2 times, shared storage items will be lost, but this time, save the new character that just created and moved items lost. I can't continue playing it. Even though I farmed all my wear for 49 hrs.

there is a feature on the save/load/options screen to upload saves directly to developer with a text box to describe the problems. not sure if they can figure anything out that way.
