when even if enemies are overlapped/clipping through eachother only a single enemy will ever get the debuff per cast, but the enemy can be missed (not in targeted area) and waste the cast.

spell either needs to get area tag and work as described (cursing all enemies in area) or change the mechanic/description to be enemy targeted.
