from 27 ingots to 44 is a massive difference as well, let alone considering the difference in level.
something is definitely off.
I dont know if an update fixed this or not since this post is several months old but the
"% items found" stat increases the amount of items dropped by enemies. I noticed a huge difference in the amount of hell ingots I get with more of this stat than without.
its been awhile since i've booted up the game but i don't even remember a % item found stat.
it would def be worth while making a build with it just to farm up then. i'll probably do that and get back into this game once i've done some more last epoch
When I first cleared hell gate 11 i got 376 hell ingots and just got 311 clearing hell gate 12 for the first time. Still random but clearly more than what you were getting. To be clear I fight more than the bare minimum to get the gate to the boss but I also dont full clear.
man i can't wait until this game gets some updates. i really hope it does like they said they were, add legendary gear and stuff like that. what a super underrated arpg
can you get em on compound glyphs? thats what im trying on
weapon, shield, hat, scarf, amulet and compound glyphs. All can get "% items found" its a prefix. so it competes with offensive rolls.

i have so many questions. what is your build? looks like you're a poison build. last couple days i was thinking about making a poison build but i have no info to how they work/scale etc.
does elemental chance over 100% do anything for poison, inflict multiple poisons per hit or anything? does poison scale with crit? you have a ton of multi too
your level is freakin massive. do levels actually scale anything for builds? what HG level is this that you're running?
how in the crap do you get 800+% item find and over 1400% xp and still manage to get other stats? lol absolutely wild
i only have S+++ which is +36 dmg, you have +48, which is 4 levels higher...ahhh so many questions. what is happening
The higher you go in the hell gates the better s+++ gems that drop they get +3 to flat damage every time you get a better one.
I use Ilo compound glyphs with 12 utala 12 kasi and 24 sona. i put flat additional poison on everything i can and % skill damage last prefix is % items found. Ilo bonuses give crit chance, crit multi and all the flat additional poison damage i get is increased by 10% for each Ilo a totla of 120%.
Infliction duration and infliction strength multi are suffixes. exp gain is also a suffix.
I Get haunt to 280% proj speed any higher and they start flying off and losing effectiveness. I also get at least 2 pierce.
yeah from what i could gather from the video, things don't work the way i thought of. elemental multiplier i thought merely boosted the effect of elemental effects, rather than its actual additional damage values. that is a massive boost to damage i never knew existed.
how do you know what is a prefix or suffix?
what do you get infliction duration and strength for? Haunt is listed as infliction, but i have no idea what it inflicts or what its effect is since it doesn't say anything.
do you use exorcise and you're boosting its minus to res with infliction strength there? i imagine thats what it is.
im extremely curious what your damage gear looks like.
but maybe even more curious about, is how do you stack potions to a higher limit than 9999?? lol i can't get them to stack, and its pretty annoying honestly.
what stats do you focus as magic stats on your minor glyphs? xp bonus?
This game allows mods. in the steam work shop there is a mod called QOL by goddog. thats how i stack stuff higher than 9999 and it lets me auto pick up hell ingots. Once you subscribe to a mod you need to start the game up and in the mods menu at the title screen you can turn it on.
Prefix and Suffix is what i call it. after rolling a ton of gear you can see that there is a mod pool 1 and mod pool 2. you can have 3 mods from each pool on a given item. maybe someday i will make a list of what is in which pool.
For small glyphs i have 3 full sets of 48. one set is %items found, another with %xp gained and the last is damage stuff life accuracy, crit muti and elemental effect chance.
Damage gear is just bigger numbers really. I remake all my gear every 5 hell gates. im in the middle of making some now. when its done i will link it.
When you open the game there is a discord button bottom left. I am on the discord too. not many people but there is a community there with some stuff to look at and can help.
ya if there is a mod pool 1 and 2, then im worried about blocking myself from getting a certain mod i want by having the item already full from that mod pool, or something, not knowing which mods are what.
how much damage do you actually do with your poisons? is it a significant boost or nah.
i tried to change my build to something similar to what you'd be running and i just cannot like that skill. nor is the damage remotely close to what mine is now. of course it isn't geared out to be, specifically, but i just like the feel of mine now but it necessitates having cast speed.
trying to reroll my gear for ice damage on everything so hopefully i can utilize freezing things. i can't justify using hashashin just for the poison damage boost.
do you play any other builds? with this new stuff i know now it really makes me want to try to min max a tiger build again
do you just use the shadow clones to defy death? i imagine so, since it seems like the only viable defense at higher hell gates.
thanks for all the info and answering questions and such. really appreciate it. love this game and games like it, but it is a pain when some crucial info isn't available anywhere lol
