Removing a keybind, then saving and loading the game, results in the keybind reappearing.

1. Remove a keybind by selecting it and pressing ESC (I tested with "Inventory" keybind).
   
2. Save, then load. The keybind returns to its previous value before saving.

This only happens with removing keybinds. Changing keybinds works correctly (changes are kept after saving/loading).

It even happens if you remove and change multiple keybinds at once. After saving/loading, the changed keybinds persist, but the removed keybinds reappear.
