Skills don't work when tooltip is visible
When hovering the cursor over something to get a tooltip (item on ground, skill/item on quick bar, etc), trying to use a skill (at least with the default Q and E hotkeys) does not work.

I believe it's not the tooltip, but the text label.

If your cursor is around the item's icon but not on the text label, and the tooltip is visible, skill hotkeys still work.

If your cursor is on the text label, skill hotkeys don't work.

Version: 0.311
Using mouse+keyboard. Controller disabled in settings.
