So in the very first area, they where coins everywhere when you killed packs. At some point that stopped happening for me. I'm over lvl 30 and have like 20k money and I never see any coins dropping. However if I retrace an area I sometimes see piles of coins where only some of them get picked up. It's really weird. Maybe just a visual glitch but I'm not sure.
