so not sure why, but when looking at gems now slotted into shield the resistance differs

so the ruby and opal they only raise resistance by 15% for standard S+++ where as amethyst and jade raise their respective resistances by 25%
i figure its a bug that they're different. they always used to be the same and seem like they should be. either raised to match or nerfed to match but seems fitting they match
