If you are having an issue with the game, please make sure to create a thread about it in the Tech Support sub forum. This makes it much easier to keep track of them, and help as soon as possible.

Please don't use other threads to report issues, because almost every issue is very individual. We'll merge those that belong together.

• Make your title clearly state what the issue is. Don't use titles like "fix pls". Pls! :)
  
• Type up a description of the issue in as much detail as possible.
  
• If needed use screenshots and videos to show the issue to us. Use a service like imgur to upload your images/videos.
  
• Its very important that you include a log file to the report. This file is located in your game installation folder. It's text file and you can upload it to pastebin, or any similar service. Having your log file helps us isolate the issue.

Before you report issues, make sure that your system meets minimum requirements, all your drivers are up to date, OS is nice and refreshed, and your local files have been verified.
