Is it too late to get the Demo-lished achivement?

I assume, judging by what needs to be done to get it (finish the demo until it's december in the game) that we need to play the demo of the game? But I cannot find the demo version on the steam page of the game and I'm near to have all the achivements now...would be pretty sad if I won't get the 100% if I need to have played the demo for it...

Any idea what to do or if it is indeed a lost cause ?

I tried to get it too, but it seems impossible. Maybe some of the devs can explain how to get it now or if it just doesent work anymore remove it from steam...

The question is relevant. It's a pity that there is no answer to it YEAR.
Played from 1920 to 2020, all the improvements were received, but the "end" never comes
