Is there a spreadsheet for the growth rates anywhere?
My Emma has like 4 strength at level 8 when Sabrina has like 9.

I would prefer an option for fixed growths tbh. I don't usually replay these types of games over and over where random growths would be fun. Having my main character suck kind of ruins my experience.

Hey Quickpawmaud, you can download the main campaign in moddable form from the New Game menu! Once you do, just open up PremadeUnits.xml and you should see all of the data that makes up every character in the game.

The attribute you'll be most interested in here is "statGrowths." Emma's Strength growth is 4 out of 20 and Sabrina's is 3 out of 20, so it looks like your Emma is just getting RNG-screwed relative to Sabrina. (The good news is, Emma is still quite effective as a Motivate bot even if her combat falls off.)

I don't have the time to do it, but it would be pretty easy to create a fixed-growths version of the main campaign; you'd just download the moddable version as discussed above; open up PremadeUnits.xml; put "Stat Gain,0" in each recruitable character's stats; and then assign each character the stats you want them to improve at each level in their skillProgression attributes. To do this, you'll use "proficiencies."

For example: giving someone "2,Strength Proficiency" will force an improvement to their Strength upon reaching level 2, and giving them "5,Dodge Proficiency" will force an improvement to Dodge upon reaching level 5).
