FotW update!
Earlier today, I finally released an update to Fate of the Wayward! The beginning of Chapter 3 is now playable (through chapter select) and includes a couple neat features I rather like, such as brand-new war banner objects that you can select to represent you on the field of battle. There are also now brief story recaps of the previous chapters that you can watch from the chapter select menu.

In related news, I am seeing if anyone would be interested in being a playtester for the campaign. You can find more info on that here.

Thank you! Do you have any tips on On Thin Ice in Chapter 2 other than what you said? I'm trying to destroy the ice to keep some enemies from attacking and, well, let's just say I've been stuck on this battle for ages lol. I may have to skip it but don't know how

Hey Wannabe, glad you're giving it another shot! It's been a while since I played through that battle, but IIRC the spriggats and berserkers (hero axemen) are the biggest threats. Prioritizing the spriggats and dunking the berkserkers in the water may help (Explosive Bolt will destroy the ice from underneath them). Either way, feel free to drop some thoughts in my combat feedback thread.

If all else fails, I think you can safely pass that mission by opening the console with the grave key ( ` ) and entering EndBattle. Most of the rest of the chapter is easier.

Thanks, you're a lifesaver! By the way, if you're wondering about the campaign I planned, I do plan to get back to it and try out the tips you gave me a while back for spawning new enemies after one dies. I might have to make a set of unique characters though. Using generated ones in the campaign editor didn't work!

In the next battle, are the guys in blue supposed to be allies?

Looking forward to seeing it come out! I haven't messed around with randomly-generated characters, so I'm afraid I don't have much advice on that front. But if you encounter other trouble with setting up that mission, feel free to ask about it and I'll see if I have any ideas.

And yeah, the blue guys in the battle after On Thin Ice are supposed to be friendly. I (usually) use blue for allied units in FotW.
