He don't teach, his management side don't have that perks stuff that managers have, and he just play golf at his room all the time ! Though he's not being paid either.
Ms. Lin always become the 'real' headmaster in my playtroughs as I put every single departments under her care. And so myself(as the headmaster) has a management load of only 5.
If it's real life I would probably be on vacation most of the time Dahahaha.
Could it at least be possible for her and the headmaster to grow their training proficiency passively so they are somewhat as strong as other new staff after being trained? At this moment it's much cheaper to just hire new staff instead of upgrading their training proficiency...
Or that they earn extra proficiency by getting high marks from students' communities that completely won from another school.
Of course these is non-repeatable rewards of proficiency that only Ms. Lin and headmaster earns.
