Request: Fire Ms. Lin
Please let us fire Ms. Lin as she becomes extremely outsmarted by much higher valued teachers at some point.

For now I have her idling all day and being angry because I underpay her as much as I can.

Dear player, thanks for contacting. In the cutscene of opening speech, she's the teacher who introduces the headmaster to students,(therefore she can't be fired) and she is the one who assisted the headmaster in running the school. How could you have the heart to fire her :(

Would it be possible to give her the role of "Headmaster-Secretary" (or something like that) so that we could fire her and give her position to another employee? And to make sure, that those cutscenes and assisting comments aren't missing a person, the player has to substitute Ms. Lins position first before you can fire her.

Have you considered adding her to the research team? She's still an asset to the school.

Not for me. In my school every single staff member is way better than her.

make her don't require salary. I don't mind her staying around as plot npc, even if she keep confessing to another teacher and got rejected every time constantly in my last game. I eventually fired that other teacher for better workers.

I gave my Ms. Lin training and had her lead a department. She teaching less than before; but still is useful at the school.

Dude if you're asking to fire Ms.Lin because she's useless, I have to tell you that my headmaster (myself) is even more useless !

He don't teach, his management side don't have that perks stuff that managers have, and he just play golf at his room all the time ! Though he's not being paid either.

Ms. Lin always become the 'real' headmaster in my playtroughs as I put every single departments under her care. And so myself(as the headmaster) has a management load of only 5.

If it's real life I would probably be on vacation most of the time Dahahaha.

Could it at least be possible for her and the headmaster to grow their training proficiency passively so they are somewhat as strong as other new staff after being trained? At this moment it's much cheaper to just hire new staff instead of upgrading their training proficiency...

What about they get bonus free proficiency when some kind of research when completed;
Or that they earn extra proficiency by getting high marks from students' communities that completely won from another school.

Of course these is non-repeatable rewards of proficiency that only Ms. Lin and headmaster earns.

Somehow, I don't wanna fire her. She's been there with you ever since the school began. She even taught you the basics on how to control or handle such school. To have someone like that in reality, I don't want to let them go in my life. Why would you fire someone who was there with you at your lowest now that you reach a certain goal in your school?

I don't wanna be emotional but I guess I sounded like one. Anyways, good luck to you my co-headmaster!
