Starting with empty lot
Is there a way to start without a school building? If not, could it be possible? I like them and often treat them as the old school building next to the newest ones but it kinda gets boring now and it's tedious to empty lots every save.

I understand it's a feature there but at the same time sandbox mode unlocks everything and gives infinite money which is not something I like to play with... This could just be an option in the list we get at the start of the game. Or at least allow us to play sandbox without unlocking everything and having infinite money, this could be cool too
