if your computer has less than 4 cores, you should think about upgrading the PC before it rusts to powder...

Stellaris = 2016
Planet S = 2023

You're comparing running an 8 year old game to a one year old game?

With a potato?

um... ok..

Optimization, there is literally no reason to make it a requirement to open it anyways. Also that 8 year game has been updated since then

Not only that but Stellaris is turn based and this game isn't IIRC... a multi-planet RTS with many buildings, battles, and things being calculated in real time is going to require a lot more than a game that only calculates per turn.

It really can be incompatible, but I'm sure if you try hard enough you can bypass the requirement. If you want help with that you'll have to provide more information or a screenshot of the error message.

One possible option is to use "SpecialK"[www.special-k.info] to spoof how many cores you have.
