In direct 10 and vulcan

Hm ok then something is definitely still wrong with your driver. I too have a laptop with and AMD vega series GPU and its working fine. Did you try the factory reset option when installing the latest AMD driver? Something some old stuff gets stuck and messes up the new driver.

i deleted and instaleed the latest driver(adrenallin edition) IDK why i can`t join in the game

Are you on the latest deck software and did you select the native linux version instead of the proton one? On my deck it sometimes tries to run the windows version even though we have a native version, not sure why.
