What does "Power" stands for on Martial arts?
There is a Power stat, with an arrow going from one value to another. What does that mean?

The power at level one and the power at level 10. When you look at a manual and it says, to make up example numbers, 150 -> 400, it means it starts at 150 at level 1 and will be 400 at level 10.

Literally power. It is usually the same depending on rarity of manual. Basically gold manual hits 2x harder than purple one and 3x than blue one. Regardless of othet stats.

So basicallly if your stats are ♥♥♥♥♥ but you got gold manual you will always beat blue manual guy with correct manuals, just because you have gold

But what does this "Power" affects? Is it the damage dealt by the skill?

Yes. I'm pretty sure "power" is a straight multiplier to skill damage. So with the same stats (and random rolls), a power 500 skill would do exactly half the damage of a power 1000 skill. Of course it's never so simple, because there are all sorts of modifiers to deal with and a random component as well.

your damage is based of a few things.
trait's
Martial arts
STR
stat referenced in Martial arts manual.
your crit ability.
your opponents ability to mitigate damage.
your weapon.
your opponents armour.
your accessory
your opponents accessory.
your passives
your opponents passives.
your Martial arts skill level
your Martial arts rarity level

so if a trait give you 1% damage per X coins you add up to NN damage max.
you have a STR of 30
your start modifire is dex and its 15 while your foes is 8.
you have a yellow glove, the have a blue armour
they have an accessory that ads defence
you have an attack accessory.
the Martial arts is purple....
their parry skill did not activate.
they do not have a reflect skill.

the damage you delver to them, will have all this factor of all this combined total damage.
also splash damage is a portion of the total damage, be fore your foes damage reduction passive and such.

its interesting how your luck and int can also effect this but that more that they effect your crit chance or your evasion and such.

hope this helps give context to all of the modifiers.
