you can not recruit the 3 wondering sword people. if you make a mod that lets you it will apparently be removed and blocked?? they mentioned this in there advertisement. or an interview ?? as i've not go as far as you, but i kinda hope we can see more of them, but its free DLC and so how much can we get with a free DLC? can. it indicates that two in game people can now be recruited.

I see. But about the quest, is the Langya sword pavillion bit as far as we go, or is there a continuation of the story after getting the Sword and accessory ? And if so, from where it starts again ?

well as soon as you get the achievement the story is over. you then get to see them again in the sword pavilion which is nice. we may find more as people play the game?

I see. I *assumed* there might be more to the story since there shows to be a yet to be obtained Legendary manual in the gallery with the DLC tag, but I guess that was wrong.

yep you can change NPC char from there preferred path to any other path you like with autumn wind, bitter joy finger, or people palm(old man path stuff) as they all help boost you your skill in weapons types to over 10, which is the minim needed to learn a blue skill book [10 skill points needed]. no idea if it was common knowledge but, was happy it worked out.

I found the legendary martial arts. You need to have Zhang Li arrested by the constables at the end of the quest, then visit the Crime Investigation Bureau.
I think it can only happen if Liu Fuming kills the scholar, saying "fk Chai Wang". It happened to me only when I already did the southeast region and didnt side with chai wang.
