As the title says... even looked up guides and its either bugged and missing 3 track parts or god knows

Hi, this level was updated post-launch which is why some of the older guides might not work for it.

If you enable the Hint System in Settings > Accessibility you should be able to get a bit of help during the level - press H on your keyboard (or the tiny lightbulb button in the top-right corner) to get hints for how to place some of the rails :)
